The one-year program brings together educators from across Latin America, supporting their professional development in social scientific thinking and the implementation of STEM education for sustainable change.
- XSTEM develops educational content for Santillana, creating resources to support girls in STEM and computational thinking, as well as educators across Latin America who are beginning their journey in STEM education.
- XSTEM collaborates with an inter-university council in Latin America to develop a STEM education implementation strategy for rural and Indigenous communities.
- XSTEM develops and delivers workshops for young people in partnership with PepsiCo and Mercado Libre, two of the region’s leading companies. The workshops include Young Tech Entrepreneurs and AI Innovators.

- XSTEM designed and delivered the Young Women Tech Entrepreneurs workshop for young people across Latin America, funded by Mercado Libre. The program reached 400 students from throughout the region.
